We always share the general area of each property, but we don’t include exact addresses in our emails. This helps us protect our sellers’ privacy and avoid any unexpected visits. If you’d like the full address, just reach out—we’re happy to share it with you.

⏱ Act Fast—Deals Move Quickly!


Most of our properties move on a 10 to 15-day timeline. Walkthroughs are generally set about 4–5 days after you get the initial email alert, with offers usually due the same day as the walkthrough.If a property doesn’t sell right away, you might receive a Price Reduced email—consider that your last chance to jump in before it’s gone.
